Elite Maintenance Clean
The elite maintenance clean includes checking/dust for cobwebs on walls, ceilings, fans, dust pictures & wall art, clean light switch plates, door knobs throughout your home, clean front & back glass of entry doors/windows.
In the kitchen, spot clean faces of cabinets/drawers, clean counters, back wall splash and items on them, sinks, inside microwave, stove top, front of dishwasher and top/front of refrigerator.
In the bathroom, spot clean faces of cabinets/drawers, clean counters, back wall splash and items on them, sinks, vanity lights, mirrors, tubs/showers and toilets.
Clean laundry room (optional), cabinets, counters, sink. Remove trash, vacuum all floors and mop all hard floors.
We continue to maintain your homes finishing trim every month with the first half of the month dusting the blinds & window sills and entire face of cabinets and drawers in kitchen, baths and laundry room; the second half of the month dusting the doors & door frames and baseboards throughout your home.
In addition to the dusting of the four finishing trim items on a monthly basis, we clean & sanitize the blinds & window sills, entire face of cabinets and drawers in kitchen, baths and laundry room, doors & door frames, baseboards, corner walls (hand prints/animal body oils), vacuum carpet edging throughout home, all high items/fans and scrub high traffic floor grout on an alternating monthly basis throughout the year.

– Clean all countertops, back wall splash & sinks (include moving all items to clean item, under & put back)
– Clean between stove & countertop, top/front frig, microwave, d/w w/lip
– Remove trash
Bathrooms
– Clean/polish lights, above vanity & mirrors
– Polish towel racks & tp holder, dust/clean wall art
– Clean light switch plates, door knobs, other handles, dust/clean wall art
– Clean/polish sink, vanity, shower/tub in/out & toilet in/out & wall tile
– Clean floor & remove trash
Throughout Entire Home
– Check/webster for cobwebs on walls/ceilings/fans, remove foliage on floor
– Dust/clean pictures & wall art
– Clean light switch plates, door knobs, other handles
– Remove trash
– Clean front/back glass of entry doors/windows & web front entry
– Clean laundry room shelving/cupboards/sink, washer & dryer
– Vacuum all floors including hard floors
– Mop all hard floors (make sure floor by mopboards are clean)

– Dust blinds/sills & Cupboards in Kitchen/bath/laundry on weeks 1 & 2 every month
